A little help from a friend
The Cat & Rabbit Rescue Centre (CRRC) based in Sidlesham, takes in unwanted, abandoned and stray cats, kittens, rabbits and guinea pigs and gives them a good quality of life, until it is possible to find them a forever home. The charity is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year.
It costs over £7,000 a week to operate the centre, but there are many animals out there who still need the help of CRRC, so the more money the charity can raise, the more it can help.
By setting up its own on-site vet facility, CRRC has saved thousands of pounds on vet bills over the years - so it is not only about raising money, but changing things to make the charity more cost-effective.
If you were to become a friend of the Cat & Rabbit Rescue Centre by pledging any amount a month from your bank by standing order, you would really be showing you care about animals doing something positive to help change lives.
Just £3 per month can help feed and provide veterinary care for some 250 animals.
