1. Break a Sweat
As long as you're working hard enough to break a sweat and raise your pulse, your daily activities can be counted as moderate-intensity aerobic activity. This can include doing things around the house that don’t cost a penny – such as mowing the lawn, vacuuming every room in the house or even cleaning the oven! Remember, some chores such as taking out the rubbish or cooking won't even get your heart rate up, so they really don't count!

Not only is skipping a fun way to include some exercise into your day for very little money it’s also great for your fitness levels. According to the British Rope Skipping Association, 10 minutes of skipping can have the same health benefits as a 45-minute run, not to mention the fact that it can also improve your co-ordination, lower body muscle tone and fat loss.
