Are You Up For The Challenge - The Directory Group

Are you up for the challenge...?

Put your best foot forward and help raise funds and awareness for Treloar’s by taking part in the St Swithun’s Way Walk & Run on Sunday 7th May…

Treloar’s is located along St Swithun’s Way, an ancient path once used by pilgrims travelling to Winchester which follows some of Hampshire’s most beautiful countryside paths.

You can choose to walk or run the five-mile route from Treloar’s to Bentley or carry on to Farnham and complete the 10-mile route.

The first five miles to Bentley are mainly flat through meadows, woodland and pretty villages, ideal for families with young children. The second half, Bentley to Farnham, includes a long hilly section with stunning views over the surrounding countryside for those looking for more of a challenge!

“I love taking part in the St. Swithun’s Walk and Run because the route takes in some really beautiful countryside and you get fantastic support and encouragement along the way.”  (Fran, St Swithun’s Runner 2016)

Entry for either distance is £10 and all money raised from the event will help support Treloar’s young disabled people. For more details or to register, please call 01420 547447, email laura.toop@treloar.org.uk or visit https://www.treloar.org.uk/fundraising/events/walk/
