After all the fun and festivities, many of us will be feeling a familiar strain on our waistlines, bank balances and health. So join us by going dry for January.
It’s the perfect way to kick-start a healthy 2018; you’ll have a whole month free from hangovers (at least after today), get some great sleep and your weekends will feel longer. Get things started by ditching the creamy cocktails and trying our healthy smoothie recipe below.
Not only that, but the less you drink regularly, the lower your risk of breast cancer.
That’s why we’ve teamed up with Dry January this year - to try and spread the word that ditching the booze is what’s best for your breasts.
Feel doubly good while you do it and use it as an easy fundraiser, helping us towards our goal that, by 2050, everybody who develops breast cancer will live. Just get sponsored or save up all the money you’d normally spend on booze and donate it.

Need some Dry January inspiration?
Our Berrylicious smoothie is the perfect health boost to start or end your day.
- 1 banana
- 200ml coconut milk
- 1 heaped tsp peanut butter
- 100g of berries (e.g. strawberries, blueberries or raspberries)
Method: Blend all ingredients in a food processor and enjoy!
Top tip: Use a frozen banana or berries to give your smoothie a cool ice cream feel.
