Support charity fayre with Easter eggs
The Rosemary Foundation is holding its annual Easter Craft Fayre this month and we’re making a plea for the public to donate Easter eggs.
The fayre will be at East Meon Village Hall on Saturday, March 24, from 10am to 12.30pm and the £1 entry fee includes a coffee and a hot cross bun!
As well as craft stalls, a cake stall and raffle, the highlight will be our first-ever “Easter Egg Tombola”, but we need more donations for tombola prizes.
The Rosemary Foundation offers a “Hospice at Home” service in Petersfield and surrounding communities for patients in the latter stage of life-limiting conditions.
It costs approximately £1,600 a month to keep one of our nurses on the road, but we don’t receive any public funding. Instead, we rely on voluntary donations and fundraising to continue providing a service at no cost to the patient or their family. That’s why events like the Easter Craft Fayre are so important to us.
If you can give an Easter egg for our tombola, please contact our office on 01730 266329.
