BRIDDLESFORD FARM WELCOMES HAMPSHIRE FARE MEMBERS
On Monday 4th June, food, drink and craft producers from Hampshire and the Isle of Wight gathered at Briddlesford Farm for a business networking event organised by local food group, Hampshire Fare.
Guests were welcomed with drinks and nibbles at the farm’s onsite café, Bluebells. Farm owners, Paul and Christine, then took visitors on a tour of the dairy and cheese room. After tasting their delicious range of cheese, they moved on to see the baby calves, Heritage Centre and farm shop.
Paul Griffin, from Briddlesford Farm commented on the event: “It is fantastic to work with Hampshire Fare members and we have loved having some of them over to share what we do here. Hampshire Fare is a great networking organisation and it is a privilege to be a member”
Tracy Nash, Commercial Manager of Hampshire Fare commented: “Tonight’s event has provided an invaluable insight into working life on Briddlesford Farm. The Isle of Wight is home to fantastic food and drink products, it has been great to catch up with these producers and hear their plans.”
