Alton Bus Rally will entertain thousands of people this month

The Alton Bus Rally, which will take place at Anstey Lane, from 10am to 5pm, will provide a large display of busses, classic cars, lorries, motorcycles, vans and emergency service vehicles.

A free bus services from Anstey Park to various destinations including Alton, Medstead and Four Marks railway stations, Alton town centre and surrounding towns and villages will be in operation.

The day promises to be entertaining for people of all ages, with stands, eateries and other various markets open on-site.

One review on Facebook states the rally is one of the best in the south – and grows in popularity each year.

David Hillman said: “This event is probably the best organised rally in the south and gets bigger and better every year whether you are into buses, lorries, cars, or any other form of motor transport.

“There’s plenty of chances to ride buses to loads of local towns and villages, there’s plenty of food available on site too. If you haven't been I would highly recommend it for a day out.”
