Festival Fun at Portsmouth Seafood Festival

Sponsored by Black Chalk Wine, Portsmouth Seafood Festival was a free, two-day celebration of the city’s seafood and fishing heritage and was hosted by Gunwharf Quays.

Portsmouth Seafood Festival Organiser, John Pryde, said: “We had a fantastic event. It was even better than last year! Thousands of visitors were able to sample the finest seafood and drink available; watch chef demonstrations all whilst soaking up the fantastic atmosphere.”

Colin Wilding, General Manager at Gunwharf Quays, said: “We were delighted to welcome the Seafood Festival back to Gunwharf Quays for the second year. Our unique waterfront location and the stunning weather ensured guests were treated to a fantastic weekend, celebrating our local seafood and fishing heritage.”
