Local Charity Rowans Hospice To Host Free Information Evening On Will Writing - The Directory Group

Local charity - Rowans Hospice - To host free information evening on will writing

Ever thought you should make your Will but don’t know where to start?

A local charity is putting on an information evening to provide the answers.

On Thursday 16th May, solicitors from local firm Churchers will be making a presentation on Will-writing at Rowans Hospice.  It will cover why it is so important to make a Will and everything you should consider to make sure it accurately reflects your wishes and individual circumstances.

‘Encouraging people to get their affairs in order is something we are very positive about’, says Julian Thomas, Head of Legacy and Trust Giving at Rowans Hospice.  ‘Writing your Will means that your wishes for what should happen to your property, money and possessions after your death are clearly set out.  This will greatly help your loved ones at what can be a very difficult time for them.’

‘We are very grateful to Churchers for making their expertise available.’

The event is being held on Thursday 16th May at Rowans Living Well Centre, Purbrook Heath Road, Purbrook PO7 5RU and starts at 6.30pm.  It is free of charge but anyone wishing to attend is asked to register in advance by emailing legacies@rowanshospice.co.uk or calling 023 9224 8009.
