A Pimm's Iced Tea Recipe

4 tea bags
20g pack
100g caster sugar
juice 2 large oranges, plus slices to serve
juice 2, plus slices to serve
400ml Pimm’s No. 1
a few sliced strawberries plenty of ice to serve!

1. Put the tea bags and half the mint into a large jug, then pour over 1.2 litres boiling water from the kettle. Leave to infuse for 10 mins, then remove the bags and stir in the sugar. 

2. Once cool, remove the mint, add the orange juice, lemon juice and of course Pimm’s, and chill in the fridge thoroughly. This refreshing drink can be made up to one day ahead.

3. Serve this devious drink over plenty of ice to get the cool refreshing beverage you are after! 

4. Once the Pimm’s has been poured over the ice, add the remaining orange, lemon, strawberry slices and mint sprigs! Then pour yourself a glass and enjoy this perfect summer drink!
